Please read these Terms of Use before using Gainly.
1. The service
Gainly provides educational calorie and protein targets, meal planning from your foods, meal logging, and optional AI meal estimates. Results are tools — not medical advice and not a guarantee of muscle gain.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Gainly.
3. Subscriptions (Gainly Pro)
- Auto-renewable plans shown in-app. Periods, prices, and trials vary and are shown before purchase.
- Payment charged to your Apple ID at confirmation.
- Renews unless cancelled in Apple ID subscription settings at least 24 hours before period end.
- Manage via Apple Subscriptions. Deleting app data does not cancel billing.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse AI features, reverse engineer the app, or use Gainly to provide medical care to others.
5. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. Nutrition estimates and AI scans can be wrong. Consult a clinician for health concerns.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gainly and its creators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
